Making Reservations
|
|
Phone reservations are accepted for campsites and bungalows, accompanied by a down payment of 50% of the total amount of the stay, which should be sent via postal money order sent along with a faxed reservation.
In case of early cancellation, which should be in writing or in person, the following regulations are applicable:
For cancellations at least 30 days prior to the scheduled start of your stay: complete refund of the down payment, less € 15.00 for office expenses
At least 15 days in advance: 50% refund
No refund for cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the scheduled start of your stay
Bungalow reservations are accepted only for stays of at least one week, starting at 12 o'clock noon on the date of arrival and ending at 10 o'clock a.m. on the date of departure.
Campsite reservations during the high season will be accepted only for stays of at least two weeks.
No reservations are accepted for ridge tents.

Camping Paola Rules
|
|
You must be authorized by management in order to enter the campgrounds, and you must have the relative legal registration for notice to the competent authorities.
The camping rates displayed in the reception area are valid from arrival to 12 o'clock noon on the subsequent day.
Vehicles may be parked in the areas indicated by management.
Guests should safeguard their personal property; Management is not responsible for any theft or damage unless it has accepted and taken delivery of the items for safekeeping.
Dog owners must keep dogs on a leash and take them outside the campground for their needs. Dog owners are also liable for any damages their dogs cause. Dogs may not be brought to the beach.
Visitors must pay the adult campground rate if they remain on the grounds for more than one hour.
At the management's discretion, failure to comply with these regulations or conduct that disturbs the peace may result in being expelled from the campground.

Reception services are available during the following hours:
Morning: 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Evening: 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
